Welcome to Tattoomia. By accessing or using tattoomia.com (the "Site") you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site. It is a short read; we promise.

1. What Tattoomia is

Tattoomia is an editorial library of tattoo ideas, design concepts, style guides and community discussion, plus a virtual try-on tool. Content on the Site, including AI-assisted design concepts, is provided for inspiration and general information only. It is not professional, medical or dermatological advice. Always consult a licensed tattoo artist (and, where relevant, a medical professional) before getting tattooed.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm the community.

3. User content

You keep ownership of the content you post: comments, threads, replies and uploads. By posting, you grant Tattoomia a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display and distribute that content as part of operating the Site. You agree not to post content that:

• is unlawful, hateful, harassing, defamatory or pornographic;
• infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or privacy;
• contains spam, malware or attempts to manipulate the Site;
• impersonates another person or misrepresents your affiliation.

We may moderate, edit or remove user content at our discretion, but we are not obligated to review everything and are not responsible for user content.

4. Intellectual property

The Site's design, text, graphics, logos and compilations are owned by Tattoomia or its licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. You may use design ideas from the library as personal inspiration for your own tattoo. You may not scrape, republish or redistribute substantial parts of the Site, or use our content to build a competing collection, without written permission.

5. Advertising

The Site is supported by advertising, including ads served through Google AdSense and other third-party networks. Advertisers, not Tattoomia, are responsible for their products and claims. How ad cookies work and how to opt out of personalization is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices. Visiting them is at your own risk.

7. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or that any idea, design or piece of advice is suitable for your body, skin or circumstances. Tattoos are permanent; decisions about them are yours and your artist's.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tattoomia and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including decisions made based on content found here.

9. Changes to the Site and these terms

We may change or discontinue features at any time, and may update these terms. When we update them, we will change the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised terms.
